Being one of the largest Haitian communities in South Florida, Palm Beach County holds a  special value in the Haitian Music Industry, better known as HMI. The Haitian people in Palm Beach County love to party; they love to dance. The past few years, the party scene has not been the same. As a result, many people have started to go to the next counties, Broward and Dade to party. A coalition of experienced entertainers resolves to challenge that trend by raising the bar and providing a better experience to party goers. DJ Wicked, Oz’mosis, Henry MVP, Pascal Beau, all grew up in here and have experienced some of their best Compas moments, want to bring back the Palm Beach they once knew. DJ Sajimix and DJ Q, two promising young DJs,  who were already discussing about starting a Compas night on Saturdays with Pascal, bought in the idea of teaming up with DJ Wicked, Henry MVP, and Oz’mosis.  All the men met, talked, and created– Dance A 2, a weekly Saturday Haitian Compas Night.

To a great extent, the idea is innovative. Four (4) well known and established entertainers come together to offer a chance to reminisce the good old days. The night will feature great repertoire of Haitian Compas but also Haitian dishes for a night of entertainment, class, elegance and professionalism. The stars will shine to offer the audience the best there is. “We’re bringing a solution. Palm Beach County is very dear to our hearts. It’s home to us. How outsiders look at our town is very important to us; therefore, we see it as our duty to give it more life when it comes Haitian parties”, said Oz’mosis, HMI Buzz CEO and Dance A 2 creator.

This Saturday, July 15th, Dance A 2 grand opening, is a night to attend at Elayne’s Night Club – 2425 10th Ave North, Lake Worth, Florida, 33461. The guys, The Originals, will bring back to the audience a thrilling experience and a memorable moment. “Dance A 2 is designed to be a sanctuary where lovers can share intimate and romantic moments on the dance floor, said DJ Wicked. “It will bring a different vibe and buzz to the community”, he added. DJ Wicked, who is the most popular and respected DJ in Palm Beach and has had great successes in the Haitian Music Business in Palm Beach County is very excited about this upcoming run. He, DJ Sajimix, and DJ Q will make sure they play mainly the best Compas and Zouk and to a lesser degree some Reggae and Latino music when it’s appropriate.

Free admission for the ladies before midnight, 100-dollar bottle and 5-dollar beer all night; Bouillon, Lambi, and hookah will also be available at reasonable prices. Dance A 2 will promote fashion by challenging guests to dress sharp. No street and gym gears will be allowed. The appropriate attire for Dance A 2 is comfortable dressing shoes, slacks, button down dress shirts, or suits for men. For the ladies, they are asked to keep it sexy and classy. HMI Buzz and Creative Photography will be there every Saturday to document the highlight of the night. Pascal Beau, one of the founders, said, “Dance A 2 is going to be the best thing ever happen in the Palm Beach community for everyone who likes going out to party”. He also added, “We will have a good security crew to make sure the nonsense doesn’t fly”.

The Compas party goers in Palm Beach County now has no reason to drive long distance for a party. Dance A 2 proposes to eliminate the risk of driving long distance after a night of partying, which is very dangerous and prone to fatal accidents. “To us, it is about talent and creativity, and building a legacy. We know this is a very diverse community, hence, our night will reflect that”, said Oz’mosis.
